Refunds policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The returned item is then posted and insured at the customers cost.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift .


We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email and we will explain the process.

You have up to 30 days from the date of payment to request a refund and return items. Please email and we will guide you through the return and refund. Please note that we do not offer free returns and all postage must be paid for by the buyer. Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

​If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit of the full amount less any shipping costs will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-7 days, you will then receive a text and an email directly from us or Shopify with your refund details.
